By using our Website or Services, you agree to these Terms.

InsureStart is an independent educational exam preparation provider.

We are NOT:

• A state insurance department
• A licensing authority
• A testing vendor (including Pearson VUE or PSI)
• An insurance company
• A regulatory agency
• A legal advisory service

We do not administer licensing examinations, issue licenses, influence exam outcomes, or participate in licensing decisions.

Our materials are independently created educational content.

2. No affiliation

InsureStart is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any state insurance department, licensing authority, or testing vendor. References to state outlines or exam topics are based on publicly available information.

3. No guarantee of results

Purchase or use of our Services does not guarantee:

• Passing any exam
• Receiving a license
• Employment
• Income outcomes

Any marketing statements regarding alignment to state outlines are descriptive, not guarantees.

4. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and located in the United States to use our Services.

5. Payment and no refund policy

All purchases are final.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including failure to pass an examination.

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account termination and collection action.

6. Account sharing prohibited

Accounts are for individual use only.

You may not:

• Share login credentials
• Provide access to others
• Resell access

We reserve the right to terminate accounts without refund if account sharing or abuse is detected.

7. Intellectual property

All content including:

• Questions
• Explanations
• Text
• Modules
• Graphics
• Branding

is the exclusive property of Signal Cloud LLC.

You may not:

• Copy
• Reproduce
• Distribute
• Sell
• Scrape
• Download in bulk
• Use automated bots
• Use content to train artificial intelligence systems
• Republish content elsewhere

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. Anti-scraping and automation

Use of automated systems, bots, scraping tools, AI crawlers, or data extraction technologies is strictly prohibited.

9. Termination

We may terminate access without refund for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraud
• Chargebacks
• Account sharing
• Abuse of the platform

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

We make no warranties regarding:

• Exam accuracy
• Exam similarity
• Continuous availability
• Error-free performance

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signal Cloud LLC shall not be liable for:

• Examination failure
• Licensing denial
• Application rejection
• Regulatory action
• Lost wages
• Business interruption
• Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the previous 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Signal Cloud LLC from any claims arising from:

• Your misuse of Services
• Violation of law
• Violation of these Terms

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

14. Mandatory arbitration and class action waiver

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of Georgia.

You waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

15. U.S. users only

Services are offered only to users located in the United States. We do not target or serve users in the European Union or other international jurisdictions.

16. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

18. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Because InsureStart provides immediate-access digital educational services, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

A. Agreement not to initiate chargebacks

By purchasing access to the Services, you agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider for any reason other than confirmed unauthorized fraud.

If you have a billing concern, you must first contact us at support@insurestart.io to attempt resolution.

B. Digital delivery acknowledgment

Upon successful payment:

• Access to the digital educational platform is granted immediately.
• Login credentials are issued.
• The Services are considered delivered.
• The product is considered used once login access occurs.

You acknowledge that digital educational content cannot be "returned."

C. Evidence of access

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, Signal Cloud LLC may present evidence including but not limited to:

• IP address used at purchase
• IP address used at login
• Timestamped login records
• Study activity logs
• Quiz or practice exam activity
• Account access history
• Device/browser metadata
• Acceptance of Terms at checkout

This information may be used to demonstrate product access and delivery.

D. Fraudulent or improper chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated after access to Services has been granted:

• Your account will be immediately suspended.
• Access will be permanently revoked.
• The Company may dispute the chargeback with evidence.
• You remain liable for the original amount owed.

If the chargeback is reversed in our favor, your account may remain terminated.

If the chargeback is decided in your favor but evidence shows access occurred, we reserve the right to:

• Send the outstanding balance to collections
• Pursue recovery of dispute fees
• Seek legal remedies

E. Recovery of fees

You agree that you are responsible for any chargeback fees, dispute fees, or administrative costs incurred by Signal Cloud LLC as a result of an improper payment dispute.

F. Arbitration applies

Any dispute relating to payment, billing, chargebacks, or transaction validity is subject to the Mandatory Arbitration and Class Action Waiver provisions of these Terms.

G. Unauthorized use claims

Claims of unauthorized use must be reported immediately upon discovery. Failure to report suspected fraud promptly may affect dispute rights.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this Chargeback and Payment Dispute Policy.
